1. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of a MenoCircle digital product and to any use of the MenoCircle app and websites. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

MenoCircle sells digital products: e-books, guides and app memberships. They are educational and lifestyle products. They are not medical devices and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, by email and in your account. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then email us at hello@menocircle.nl — we will resend it.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout, as permitted under EU consumer law.

Even so: if a product genuinely is not what you expected, email hello@menocircle.nl within 14 days. We would rather solve it than keep money from an unhappy reader.

6. Memberships

VIP membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees.

7. Licence and use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not resell, republish or share our materials publicly. Sharing with one household member is fine.

8. Liability

MenoCircle is not liable for decisions you make about your health based on our content. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Contact us at hello@menocircle.nl and we respond within two working days. Belgian and EU consumer law applies; nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.
