We are building what we wish had existed

MenoCircle started from a simple observation: far too many women spend years with symptoms nobody explains properly. The internet offers contradictory stories, and appointments are short. We bring it together in one quiet place.

Our story

MenoCircle began in the Netherlands and Belgium, where thousands of women use our Dutch platform to make sense of perimenopause and menopause. The questions we hear are the same everywhere: why can't I sleep, why is my mood unrecognisable, why does nobody warn you about brain fog?

The answer is rarely one magic fix. It is understanding the pattern in your own body, then changing a few things that genuinely fit your life. That principle runs through everything we make: the app, the guides and the community.

MenoCircle is now expanding internationally. This English edition carries the same editorial standard: written by our editorial team, reviewed against reputable public health sources, and clearly separated from medical advice.

What we stand for

Recognition first

Before we explain anything, we name what you are feeling. You are not exaggerating and you are not the only one.

Practical over perfect

Small steps that survive a busy week, instead of a strict plan you abandon after three days.

Honest about limits

We provide lifestyle information, not medical advice. When something needs a doctor, we say so.

Calm, warm, hype-free

No miracle cures and no scare stories. Clear language and realistic expectations.

Who writes our content

Our articles and guides are produced by the MenoCircle editorial team and checked against public medical sources. "Marieke" is the digital guide inside our app — a friendly voice that walks you through the programme, not a real practitioner and not a source of personal medical advice.
